BREAKING NEWS: #Scarfgate2016 at @myworcester’s Guildhall

A knitted hat and scarf appeared on the railings of Worcester’s Guildhall today (Wednesday) for a homeless person.

This mirrors a similar situation in December 2015 to which the City Council subsequently apologised for controversially stating giving hats and scarves to homeless people is “supporting them in a lifestyle choice they have made”.
